Make sure you are able to play the videos with Windows Media Player. If they do not play in Windows Media Player, then conversion will probably not work. If the videos are not a standard format, you may need to install a video codec on your system.

No, it's only Windows right now.
- My registration key for the PRO version is not working.
The upgrade to PRO is valid for a single upgrade. If you are running multiple computers with FLVideoConverter, you will need a separate key for each upgrade.
